What the app is
investr.info shows market data, news, and research signals for NSE/BSE-listed securities. It is a research and information tool, not investment advice. The Investr Score and any buy/hold/sell style labels are generated automatically from public data using a fixed formula. They are not personalised to you and are not a recommendation. See the disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app; deletion is immediate and permanent. See data deletion.
Cost
investr.info is currently free to use. There is no subscription, no free trial, and no in-app purchase. If paid features are introduced later, we will say so in the app before they launch, and any price will be shown at the point of purchase rather than promised here in advance.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, redistributing, or reselling the app's data or content.
- No attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- One account per person. Do not share your account with anyone else.
Market data
Prices, scores, and news are sourced from third-party providers, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided "as is". Verify anything important with your broker or the exchange before acting on it.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. The app is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
