Delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open the Account screen from your account menu.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and submit.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, email, name, portfolio, and watchlist from our database.
By email
Email support@investr.info from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete within 7 days.
What is deleted, what isn't
Everything tied to your account is deleted: profile, hashed password, sign-in links, portfolio holdings and watchlist. There is nothing else to remove. investr.info is free, takes no payments, and holds no billing record of any kind.
Anonymous data
Market data, scores, and news are not tied to you and are unaffected.
